        Open day was fabulous. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Residents were enjoying themselves and the food was delicious. Very jealous of the fabulous chef creating inspiring menus every day. Just wish I could have brought him home with me!

        A wonderfully welcoming home, in a beautiful picturesque location. The staff could not be more polite, and the residents look incredibly happy. I have been for their professional lunches and have had an amazing time with great people and was looked after brilliantly by the attentive staff.

        I was very glad to be shown round Lydfords by one of their amazing staff. It is beautiful! It has recently been refurbished and now looks and feels like a lovely country hotel situated in the pretty village of East Hoathly with gorgeous views of the Sussex countryside. The staff are professional but friendly and there are lots of different activities and talks. I love the way they invite the public in for their community cafe and various special events.

        I visited Lydfords Care Home today and it had a really lovely vibe. All the residents and staff were smiling and laughing. Looks like a great place to stay.

        My nan and I visited a few care homes prior to visiting Lydfords, as we wanted the best for her. Immediately we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff, who made us feel at ease instantly. The care staff showed us around the home introducing us to other residents allowing my Nan to interact with them giving her an insight to the amazing activities and experiences they have there. For me, I noticed the increased level of friendliness between the staff and residents - who actively encourage their residents to participate in their activities. Lydfords also boasts a higher level of hygiene, which is so important to my Nan. For anyone who wants a care home with passionate staff who give their all to the residents I can honestly say that this one is the only one I recommend for my Nan And others.
