Review for "The Rise of You: 2.0" Program. Prior to taking this program, I felt as if my life was in some kind of holding pattern. I wasn't sure of my purpose any longer and was dealing with a lot of part memories (that were not great). The Rise of You Program included so may different ways of looking at how I had been dealing with issues during my life. I gained resolution on many different aspects of how I had perceived things in my life and learned methods to resolve things, even though I thought I had previously dealt with these issues. The program required a lot of self-reflection and self-evaluation, which meant being absolutely honest with myself. By using the tools provided in the program along with Lisa's excellent presentation and guidance, I felt confident and comfortable working through each step in the modules. The Rise of You Program was so beneficial that I was able to let go of past issues and I now look forward to the future. I recommend this program as a valuable investment in yourself. - S. Amazing, compassionate Energy Healer. Lisa's distant reiki sessions always help me to release what no longer serves me; I feel balanced and calm following a session with her.

I took my Reiki lv.1 course with Lisa and it was spot on! She is extremely knowledgeable and great at teaching at a level where I was able to absorb all the information. She was a delight to work with and I can't recommend her enough. I'm going to sign up for some NLP sessions next!
