        Rang to ask advice for our solar system, sent through info and pictures as requested. Then nothing. No calls back from them, no returned calls, no responses to emails asking if they could help or not. Incredibly bad customer service. It takes 2 minutes to call or write an email saying sorry we can't help. but they couldn't even bother to do that. With half the family firm working in ecology it would have been good to recommend a local company had we been given the opportunity, but we can't. What a shame. Had a totally different experience with another company...as it should be.
