        Disappointed with the sales dept even though I was looking to upgrade my car. Very slow to answer emails (weeks not days). Existing car - they wrote to me to book my MOT and when I called on the same day I received the letter to do this there were no slots available even though the MOT was not due for 2 months. Just not great overall sadly as its a beautiful showroom.

        Excellent service from Barons Hindhead/Bramshott and Gary Chapman in particular. My mini was in for MoT while i waited. MoT was completed ahead of estimated time, which was brilliant. I also got a car key fixed with no fuss or extra time. Barons went above and beyond! Thank you.
