        There really is something for everyone. Not only are BDCA responding greatly to the cost of living crisis there is a such a community. The yoga is brilliant long may it continue. We are so grateful for this class the timing is also perfect. The instructor is brilliant, she's really encouraging and calm. Please don't sit at home alone/hungry/cold or bored. There is a hot cuppa and a friendly face waiting. Various activities all week.
