One of the worst depots DPD has. DPD is one of the best courier companies out there however it is such a shame that Barking depot damage DPD's reputation massively. I often have my parcels booked on morning delivery slots and if the driver is running behind then they will still mark It as delivered so that the fulfilment doesn't drop. I then have no way of tracking my parcel or seeing when it actually arrives. They have also delivered to the wrong place before! It is a shame as DPD overall are brilliant but Barking depot is a huge let down.

Stayed in two days running, to be told the deliveries failed as no one was in according to (Maish) the driver. The reality is nobody actually came. The pictures provided as evidence were just blank. So Ive cancelled the order and will just go to the store, less hassle.

Item was supposed to be delivered today by a driver named OGNYAN. Received a delivery slot, then they sent a text saying they missed me but didn't attempt to deliver. They'll now deliver to a shop (apparently the day after too), without attempting to deliver and without any contact? Terrible service, working practices in this depot need to be looked into if it's encouraging drivers to behave like this. I'm sure if you told the drivers they had to go back and deliver again to the same address that day, half the complaints here wouldn't exist because the drivers wouldn't have pretended to try and deliver it in the first place.

Alway on edge when you know dpd is delivering, delivery NEVER gets delivered.
