Like so many others i clicked the 1 star but they worth a big 0. The first time, since registrating, want to make an appointment and they are telling me that i'm not in their system, although 6 months ago talked on the phone and updated my contact information. How can this happen!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!

The service here is appalling. Almost negligible. You have to rely on reception to advice you and they haven't got a clue what they are saying. They give no resolution to problem and are poorly trained. The Gp doctor are no better. They hardly have any appointments and when you manage to get one it is over the phone. Fine, but they do not stick to allocated times and call you whenever they feel like it and id you don't pick up then you missed it. I was discharge to the G'p after surgery and no matter how much I tried to get a face to face appointment to be seen and to be properly checked to make sure I am recovering well it was impossible. The doctors don't care to see you. Nor are they worried about your health or recovery. I have being relying on 111 to book me appointments at outpatient centers and urgent care. This has been difficult as sometimes I have to wait for hours in urgent care. Not like this G'p gives a toss. I have being a patient here for 15+ and I am frankly glad to be moving on.

This practice is an utter disgrace. The two who own/run the practice are the most inept doctors Ive ever encountered. When theyre not away 6 weeks at a time, they may as well be. Yesufu is incredibly rude and arrogant and has a tendency to hang up the phone if you challenge him. The other one tries but frankly how they got through medical school is a mystery. The practice manager is lazy, she doesnt return phone calls and if shes asked to do anything for a patient you have to keep chasing her to get it done and even then its half arsed. The only good thing about the place is the receptionist. This practice needs to be shut down before a patient dies from lack of care. They dont even deserve 1 star but unfortunately thats the lowest I can give otherwise I cant leave a comment. Run in the opposite direction from this surgery at all costs, in fact youd be better off treating yourself, you cant do any worse than those two clowns.

Been a patient of this surgery almost 10 years to be honest the service and the support is absolutely going downhill I think they need to review and their management team to understand that where patients have booked appointments two weeks ahead and that is difficult to do as well to find out the next day before your promised you that has been cancelled because of doctors not going to be there it's not good enough off I'm sure if it was the other way around it would be totally different approach on that how a patient is not attending his appointment I am diabetic and I pacifically find it important issue for me to attend and see the doctors for my medical condition I have been self-employed and I lost a day's salary which I'm sure the surgery is not going to compensate me for so as much as I got respect the doctor you need to understand that we mortal human beings find it difficult to accept when they're not prepared to do I'll be at work to do the job especially when you have two doctors in the pacifics surgery absolutely appalled
