Looks shabby and unclean. The food used to be excellent once upon a time. We have to go to the counter and take our own menu as the staff barely smiles or comes to serve. I wonder why they are so unhappy. Items in the menu are not fully available. Went twice now but both times left disappointed. Had a mutton biryani but the meat was so tough and I had no doubt it was from two days ago and warmed up in a microwave. Well a new Kerala restaurant has opened nearby and I really hope they get thier act together. In the past the food was excellent...I just hope the management put a bit more care and service to the place.
