The Graham Practice - Wordsworth Health Centre

The worst GP surgery ever. You can never get an appointment. They make it sound like they are busy. But when you actually go to the surgery the receptionist are always having a chit chat with each other while patients wait 40 -60 minutes to get through to someone only to be told there isnt any appointments and that we should call at 8 oclock the next day. And when you call the next day at 8, you are put on hold for minimum 40 minutes to be told that they havent got any appointments left.

Zero stars should be awarded As someone who is at risk, you cannot possibly allow me and other patients in similar positions to wait 4 weeks to find out whether their medication dose should be increased or not. I've absolutely had enough at this point.

There are many staffers who don't know how to do their job. Take ages to answer the phone. They just sit down chatting. Also they have been misdiagnosed my wife's problems back pain to a shoulder pain. It was a locum doctor who wrote it and now they won't ammend it. Saying we need to prove it

I am with Graham Practic over 44 years most of the time every thing is fine reception very good like Ambika and Renuka Dr like Sajilal new Dr barot is very good in dealing, After pandemic things got bit bad bookings system is not working .needed to look at urgently

Horrible experience, I've been a patient since it was constructed, before it was called "Graham Practise", getting an appointment was easy, the treatment was excellent now it's destroyed. Now it's owned by a Indian and the receptionist are mixed of people who cannot speak English, it's quite obvious that nepotism as corroded this establishment, they hire people they know. They are extremely rude, obnoxious and patronising, they will lie to you, they will never answer the phone and they actually do not work once you see them in the office. If you're queuing for the receptionist, they will pretend not to see you but they're gossiping about Love Island. I cannot make this up. The GP has erroded, just like London.
