        Gps at this surgery lack basic social skills, sensitivity or knowledge of how to talk to patients. They are brash, insensitive, rude, dismissive and ruthless in their conduct and the overall service is appalling. There is no accountability for their shoddy service and disgusting rapport when addressing patients in a professional capacity. There is no professionalism and a complete abuse of any power, time and resources at their disposal.
