        I am having account with this bank for nearly 5 years. The bank offered whatever service I was in need of. Very easy and no Hassel. Couple of years back when my card was stolen, they guided me very well to recover it, GBP to INR transfer is very quick with competitive rates, customer care is always available... Recently I had a need to transfer money from India to UK and when I approached the Bank, they were so cooperative , did all the process so quickly. Even though there were other staffs attending other customers, Abhishek is the person who served me and it was a very good service from him. Overall the Eastham ICICI branch is very good 5 stars to them.
