        More than my Job's worth Do not expect any help from this chemist the pharmacy told me that they do not explain anything on a prescription just collect and go. No information or assistance is offered at this chemist

        Why have your contact number when the phone line is ALWAYS busy? How are you THAT busy you cant pick up calls for patients at a critical time during and pandemic? And even when someone manages to get through, the staff just refer you to contact them in a few days time. Given the situation we are in, thats understandable. But when you call them back, as instructed by said staff in a few days time; they still are too busy to pick up calls.
