        Went to Neil Gordon Opticians for the first time today all staff was professional, polite and willing to help. The Optometrist Yunus Motara was great, professional, friendly and paying full attention to his patients at all times he was great at taking the eye test and making all necessary checks in order to help solve the problems I was having with my vision, I feel he went above and beyond to help me and ensure I was well looked after while at the opticians. I definitely left feel happy and confident with the outcome of the appointment. Thank you, hope to visit again for my next appointments. 10/10

        I was seen my Elaine today and very pleased with great attention paid to every detail and length of time spent examining my eyes. Not only just looking at sight issues but also general health of the eyes.

        Been visiting Neill Gordon Opticians for 25 plus years. Some of the staff are very friendly and easily approachable especially Jenny she always greets with a smile and puts you at ease. The Optician Yunus is very professional.

        Very bad service takes money but didnt give proper service.I had very worse experience than ever.I had twice time wrong prescriptions.Headache,Nausea due to the wrong treatment.Very poor service. I will expect that it will never happen with anybody.#DPDM#HMP
