        I have to sadly write this review as i am disappointed with the boots east ham branch. I had a appointment for my eye checkup and it was due today but i received a call from them and told that i cannot get my eye test done because i had recently done my test at spec-saver( 7 / 8 months ago) ,They advise me to go back and check again at spec saver. The whole point for me to switch at boots is to make sure i get my correct prescription ( unsatisfactory eye test at spec-saver) . The funny thing is I explained my situation to ill ford branch and they book me for eye test . How come Illford branch is okay and East-ham is not???

        One member of staff Rane was rude just shouting orders at me and my kids and when I wasn't responding to her questions she got irraite and asked louder unacceptable behaviour staff seem to wonder around and not pay attention to anyone whose not their client. Sitting in boots in East ham staff do not acknowledge you change the price at will and then when you state about how other boots treat you they look at you like your lying and set their own prices avoid at all cost

        Worst experience ever and I was charged too much for my child glasses. Please dont go there if you want to save money. Rude and inexperienced staff whose only concern is to force you to buy something and not helping or guiding you.
