        Expensive compared to other high street opticians. Had a lot of chromatic aberrations with their high index lenses which they didn't really know how to fix and weren't willing to refund/partial refund. Worst of all, the frames fell apart after 3 months :(

        They gave me wrong glasses, I can view far way is ok but I can't view close things properly with glasses.

        My son had a eye test at this place. Its been more than a week now. They called me ( they left voice message) and said that we have to fix appointment to get the glass. Since then its a week now, we are trying to call them no one is available to pick up the phone to give appointment. And today ( Friday- 2pm ) I went in physically to check and to get appointment and to my surprise they are closed. We are struck with this opticials without glasses.
