Phoned 3 times, and emailed them to arrange a viewing, finally got confirmation of a date and time and home address from 1 of the agents even though 1 promised to call me back, and the other telling they will send details and didn't..... should of been a red flag really. Arrived on time and no one was there. Waited 25 minutes in the cold, and nothing, tried calling but either the office was closed or they were ignoring the call. They did not phone me to say they couldn't make it, and had zero follow up the next day. I've emailed twice today to ask what happened, and of course nothing.... What kind of service is this really? How do you expect to let a home if you do not turn up? Is this how you expect to treat customers? You enjoy wasting peoples time? If you enjoy having your time wasted, by all means try and contact these Morgan Knight.
