READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I had one of the partners of this company (called Salar) who came to my flat to install the vinyl. He initially showed me videos and pictures of his previous work and they looked really good. He quoted me 350 for fitting vinyl on a 60 metre squared one bedroom flat. This price was almost double than what others were quoting me (other fitters were quoting me around 150-200 for the same work) but I was willing to pay extra for a good quality work (given I purchased high quality vinyl from a different company which were pricey already). However, when the day came thats when I realise he was an impostor who barely knows how to do the job. Please see the pictures attached of his poor quality work. His cuts were not straight or even, he rushed through the job and just wanted to get the rooms done as soon as possible and did not care about the quality of the work. There were massive gaps between the skirting board and the vinyl all over the rooms or there were too much vinyl in others. In the bedroom he cut too much (made a triangle somehow) to the point where it is really noticeable. He didnt flat the vinyl in the rooms properly and now the surface is uneven. Then in the kitchen he cut too much where he had to get another piece and glue it together. He kept making up excuses every time I used to point out his mistakes. Unsure if he was delusional or what but he kept blaming the silicone and saying that the room was not straight (the rooms were in a rectangular boxes shaped). In reality, he just did not know how to cut it steadily and do a good job. He told us he does not have any qualification to do this job but he just learnt it at work, and the results shows it. I bought the best quality vinyl possible just for him to damage the vinyl. Not only he ruined the vinyl with the poor cuts, he ended up damaging my doors by spraying the adhesive glue all over the bottom side of the door (which was a mission to remove afterwards). He also damaged the skirting boards when he was cutting the vinyl on it. He told us that he would fix everything after he is done putting the vinyl in all other rooms. However, after he just wanted the money and wanted to leave, did not fix anything. I told him I was unhappy with his job and that I was unwilling to pay him to full amount. He then started blaming me for his poor work and started giving excuses such as you should have told me to leave after I did the first room or you should have hired someone else. He has such a high ego and pride and that he did not apologise or even admitted once that he messed up the cuts. He said that this is how they do the jobs everywhere and according to him thats the standards and its a good job in his opinion.
