if you go to get your ears pierced please please please dont go to the older guy, hes so unbelievably rude and makes rude comments. hes very ignorant and has no manners, i am a young girl and he was just utterly ridiculous. absolutely horrible experience, and i asked for a silver stud and he gave me gold after asking me twice and me saying silver. horrible service

I just visited the shop in East Ham The purpose of the visit was to get a chain fixed. The young gentleman was helpful friendly and sorted my silver chain out. 10/10

The man on the phone has no idea about customer service. Dont waste your time to walk in or give them a call. I hate to leave bad reviews, but at this time I pleased. I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately I cant

after being recommended by a friend to have my daughters ear pierced here we went. fantastic service by a young man called Dan, will be back to purchase some more earrings in the future. thank you

Disgusting, rude!, a bad customer service and horrible experience which left my wife crying! Took our 2 month old baby to get her ears done and it was horrible, rough with her wasnt patient, huffing and puffing and rudly speaking to us, pierced the hole in the wrong place which means we have to do again . The list goes on.. And when we confronted him about his the services and our experience his attitude was that his has been doing this for 40 years, his not changing a thing! Was rude ignorant and made no effort to resolve things. It doesn't take alot to be kind to people, especially in the times we are in. Good luck to him! He is a horrible old man, please stay away from this shop! Keep your kids away.
