Razza was VERY rude. He told me to go look outside the shop because he didn't want to "waste his time" to come and show me the shop.
Why work in this kind of industry if your not bothered to let your clients view the property?
Do you really think people would want buy or let a property without viewing??!
The way he spoke to me was very abrupt and rude because I called him 15 minutes later than what was originally agreed.
He said "I told you to call me at 2 but you have called me now" (15 minutes later).
He has lost a very big investment.
He probably thought I wasn't serious but all I can say is he made the wrong judgement and lost out on a big sale.
