EE

Worse customer service ever. Everytime you are there, you feel like invisible. Seriously they need to improve their service. And some are rude as well

I never write reviews but I would never use EE after today!! I came in to enquire about setting up broadband and made it clear I didnt want to make any decisions- I was happy to give my details as Im going abroad tomorrow and was told it would be easier to set up IF I wanted to when I would get a call from EE the following weekend. I then went into three, and found a deal half the price, and then received a thank you for your order, your equipment will arrive in a few days text?! I ran back to EE (crawled under the gate as it was closing and I told the guy I was catching a flight the following morning) and he didnt apologise, he just rang EE on my mobile to cancel it and sheepishly left into the back room while I was sat on hold, waiting to cancel a 30 24month contract that I didnt ask for!! Ive never been into a legit store and felt like Id been scammed. Id never use EE now- horrendous customer service!

Completely dreadful branch in East Ham. Big problem with understaffing. I called to check if my device had arrived for collection, to which they said I'd receive a text. I later found out it had already been delivered earlier that day with no text but they didn't bother to check. When I went to collect it, it took an HOUR wait while one staff member dealt with everyone else, making me late for work. Never had such slow service from any phone company.

I came into EE for my upgrade and was extremely impressed by the great customer service given by Junel. It really exceeded my expectations. 10/10
