So I had my carpet fitted with carpet factory. The fitter told me to only wear shoes when coming up the stairs. I thought that was strange and thought maybe he put down something special on the carpet and I could resume wearing shoes after a day or so. At the time he told me he was struggling to fit the carpet on, as my stairs are concrete. Fast forward a few days later my friend seriously injured herself on the stairs as she walked down them barefoot. To the point her foot wouldnt stop bleeding. At the time the fitter was struggling to put my carpet down because of the concrete stairs so his decided to fit carpet grippers into the entire carpet in order to hold down the carpet and not tell me. Basically I have a cactus carpet (very dangerous). Now thats a massive problem because if you accidentally forget to wear your shoes and run down the stairs youre in big trouble. So I cant walk on my carpet with out shoes. I cant hover my carpet because the nails are catching on to the hover. I cant have kids playing up and down the stairs because theyll have a nail stuck in there foot. I now have to buy a baby gate just in case someone forgets and ends up walking on the stairs. Every time my guests comes round I have to constantly reminded them not to take there shoes off or be at risk of seriously injuring themselves. Its negligent and reckless what carpet factory have done . I now have to look for another company to correct the job. In total shock.

At short notice was able to arrange fittings and at a good price. James was very helpful in helping us choose a carpet which will suit our need. Very recommendable.

I've had two rooms done over the past year and both times a very happy customer. Great guys in shop. Good prices and quality, fast fitting and overall great service. Very happy with both rooms done. All staff I found very friendly and polite.

Extremely rude staff and managment Very poir quality for the price and very poor fitting i will not be using them again
