Hijama Health Clinic

Terrible. Unprofessional. I had an appointment at 4pm. They had called me 19mins in advance just to confirm if I am coming. I said yes I am. Which I thought great that was really nice of them to call. They called to say they are ready and waiting for me. So I reached about 10-15mins early. Had to fill in a form. Standard procedure as this is my first time. I had to wait 35mins before anyone had attempted to even see me. Nobody cared,I had asked twice when would I be seen and the lady at the reception doesnt even know because she doesnt work with hijama. She just sells so she had to make a phone call to find out , and they had mentioned soon. This was at 4.20pm, after that I had asked again. And the receptionist lady seemed sorry for me.The lady is finishing up soon and then the people after me had been seen. Put me right off. Why call and saying your ready & waiting to see me then dont see me?

Such a lovely staff members and therapist! It was my first time doing it and was a bit scared. Therapist was very king and the service was just so pleasant. She was very gentle, professional and has a lot of knowledge about it. I felt so comfortable! And the result is just phenomenal. The next day I already felt much lighter and after the third one I have seen the results I have never seen with any other therapy. Best recommendations! Looking forward to my following appointment.
