        It takes me around 10 minutes to obtain just 4 wings and some chips when I go there to place an order. Slim chips should just take two minutes to fry up compared to the six minutes it takes to cook regular chips in a fryer. Additionally, the employees are quite clumsy and disorganised, which contributes to the service's lengthy wait times. Improvement is required.
