Friendly and helpful staff. Their IT system had broken my online-only account, and they got it fixed despite having many complicated steps to go through that only one of the tellers knew how to do. There was also a woman next to me who wanted to send a large amount of money to someone but realised she forgot her ID at home, so her teller obviously couldn't process the transaction. The teller was very sympathetic and provided several alternative options, some of which where rather creative. Side-note: maybe they could improve privacy at the teller windows. I couldn't help overhearing the woman next to me.

This is my first time using East Ham's Nationwide and my last. Because of the overall positive review of East Ham's Nationwide, I have decided to test their service. On the 11/2/2023, I went to talk to one of their female cashier around 11 something to help me to put my physical money of 15.21 into my Instant Saver. But she shows a lack of self-awareness and discussion me more about their Nationwide App like I wasn't aware of it, which I used their app on 11/2/2023. Plus, she has failed to put my money into my Instant saver account. Instead, she put it into my regular account with the receipt. Giving me the impression that I was the one who took the money of 15.21 in minus. Plus, I have asked her about their cost of living planning with Nationwide, which she sent to my email. At least she has the cost of living information correct so that I can read it in my free time, but not when I request my 15.21 (physical money) to be put into my Instant Saver?? Not recommend.
