An amazing experience. Using their augmented reality app, Haddonstone Vision we were able to picture how our pedestal and matching planter would sit in our garden. You can even choose your preferred colour to see if it matches your landscape. Haddonstone also kept us informed of our expected delivery date. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Matt Plowe from Haddonstone enough! I required 4 x made to measure gate pier caps of differing sizes and needed to ensure they fitted within obstructions by the gate posts. By sending measurements in rough drawing form and photos, Matt was able to advice accordingly (with type of stone too). Haddonstone is certainly worth the wait in terms of quality and ease of ordering. Bravo!

Total lack of instructions for the (expensive) fountain I purchased - pay 400 for a small garden fountain and work it out yourself. Gave them a ring - sent me a technical specification sheet which was not help. Very disappointing - how difficult is it to put some instructions in with the packaging. Also - isn't it dangerous Electricity+ water+ no instructions... I would avoid this company.
