Amazing gastropub, with a delicious variety of food and beers on tap. We had dinner, breakfast and a Sunday roast over the weekend, and they all exceeded expectations. The staff is lovely and welcoming. The design is gorgeous. They also have the loveliest view our back. We spent 2 nights in the cutest little room - they only had a small double available as we booked last minute, but we had more than enough space in the room for the few hours we spent in there awake. Overall a great experience. We thoroughly recommend it to anyone who needs some peace and quiet.

What a wonderful place to stay and eat! This is our second time at the Red Lion and it did not disappoint. The room was lovely, the food was delicious and the staff were great. We knew we had to be out by 6am the following morning so one of the members of staff kindly supplied us with 'to go' breakfast bags. It was delicious and much appreciated. We will definitely be back!
