Flamingo Short Lets

We stayed for at a property they were managing in Rottingdean for 12 nights and ended up contacting them every day. 95% of the issues were not resolved. The problems ranged from the fridge breaking down for 2.5 days, no use of the microwave throughout our stay, faulty lighting inside and outside of the house, kitchen fold out door not opening, and the list went on. This disrupted our stay, cost us money (replacing food that went off) and was not helped by the Flamingo team responding late, sending tradespeople at random times, and responding in a tone that fell short of calling us liars. I was very nervous to book via this company as I couldn't find much about them online and usually rely heavily on online reviews. Happily my fears were unfounded. They promptly sent me all the booking information, check-in guide and I was able to get into the property with no problems. Property was as photographed and great central location. No issues at all.
