Met Adam for the first time today, very knowledgeable & solved my issue in minutes whilst explaining the process. A very competent young man whom I would happily recommend.

Amazing service. Adam is super friendly and helpful and knows his stuff. Explains everything very well and does not just speak in tech speak like a lot of others He was able to fix my issue in no time and gave me some good tips. Would highly recommend him.

I Have a 10 year old computer that was getting very slow and moving from one function to another was becoming very hit and miss. The temptation was to get a new one. I think a similar machine would be around 700. Following a suggestion from a good friend I contacted Adam who came to my house and in less than an hour had the machine running like new. Saved me a fortune and was a really nice bloke . Really pleased with the result.

I never download anything myself as never sure if i am doing the right thing. The last time I was asked to download an update for Windows 10 the whole laptop crashed. Needed antivirus installed so called Adam to see if he would be willing to make a home visit. What a great choice! Adam was fabuloous, had things sorted very quickly and addressed a couple of other problems I had. He is very helpful, extremely knowledgable and I would definitely reommend him to anybody with PC/laptop problems. We have already made arrangements for him to visit me again in the New Year so solve another problem I have with the connection from my laptop to the printer. If you need help, then call him and you won't be disappointed.

Great Guy Adam, came over to look at my lap top on the day of the call in his lunch break, top guy! Great customer service, had my lap top back to me within 2 days! So pleased won't go anywhere else from now on! Fix it for you 10/10
