When a loved one passes away your whole world turns upside down. Suddenly you are struck with sadness and heart ache. There is so much to be done, and you just dont know where to start. Well here I can help you with that! Just call Butterflys funeral services. They will nurture you every single step of the way. Nothing is to much for them. They care for your loved one as if they were still living. Respectful, loving and thoughtful. They truly go they extra mile to take care of you, your loved one, and family. My Nan passed away in a carers home after being very poorly in hospital. Shane collected my Nan and looked after her so well, that I was even able to find the strength to visit her in the chapel of rest after a bad experience. My Nan was a passionate Liverpool and fan and Butterflys made sure that this was evident in every way. The staff all wore Liverpool football scarfs and they even bought a Liverpool flag which they lay over her on her final journey. Would anyone else have gone to such lengths to put a smile on the faces of a grieving family.. I dont think so. Words can not say how thankful me and my family are for the excellent service we received from start to finish. Keep doing the wonderful work you do. In a familys hour of need when they dont know where to turn, you are there. Thank you xx

I visited Butterfly Funeral Services later on the same day my father passed away. Never having had to make the arrangements for a funeral before I was at a bit of a loose end not knowing what needed to be sorted. I knocked on their door and Shane took the time to talk with me. He was able to instantly put me at ease and explained the process for me from start to finish. As my dad had only just passed away that day, Shane knew I would be talking to other funeral directors (which we did) but my instincts were already telling me we would be safe with Butterfly Funeral Services. I cannot fault the service that was provided for us. I would like to thank Shane (again) and his team for helping my family and I through the hardest of times.

Shane and his team were absolutely outstanding in their service. Shane is a pure professional and very good at what he does. Legalities and logistics were solved seamlessly, at possibly the most complicated time of the year. I couldn't have organised the funeral without him. A massive Thankyou, I am forever grateful.
