Poor customer service went to drop of a parcel at the designated drop of point to be told they had no room and the parcel was to big ? This was by the so called "boss" I would avoid and go elsewhere as they clearly don't want your custom .

HEMSBY JET... Large forecourt plenty of space to fill up with fuel brilliant car wash, guy's there work so hard for very little, and does a really good job. Supporting them is important in those difficult times, we would miss them if they packed up. How they wash vehicles after vehicles all day? They MUST be supermen.. Superfit! JET filling station at HEMSBY! not Yarmouth.

I have a serious medical condition and need to use a toilet, randomly, with no indicating when. So I get caught short every time I'm out the house. Was on holiday in Hemsby and needed to use the toilet. Unfortunately it was out of order. I produced my medical toilet card and even thou the lady was anxious about allowing me, she took a pic of my card and allowed me the use of the staff toilet. With all the resistance I face every day, I have to say, this lady saved my dignity. Thank you.

Used the car cleaning facility behind the garage. Lovely service from the guys there. Super clean car.
