Mill Farm Eco Barns

Lovely, comfortable place to stay for a few days. It was especially nice to be able to walk to the village and beautiful beach, rather than needing the car every time. We stayed in Hay Barn with our toddler, although as it is quite small it probably would be better suited to a couple. There was just about enough to do considering there was a lot of rain and we were slightly out of season. Our toddler in particular loved Wroxham Barns and the chickens on the farm, and we loved How Hill. We didn't have any issues when staying as the guide provided was very comprehensive and helpful, but I was confident that Emma and Neil would have been very accommodating should we have needed anything.

The Hay Barn is delightful property and was perfect for the two of us and our 2 greyhounds. Neil & Emma made us very welcome with everything we could have needed for our stay. The barn is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, really spacious shower. There is underfloor heating and a wood burning stove, which we did not need to use, although the weather was cold the barn is very cosy and comfortable. There are lots of good dog walks right on the doorstep. The website is comprehensive and provides a wealth of useful information via links, that all work correctly. We will certainly stay here next time we visit Winterton on Sea and would recommend the property to anybody.

Have just returned home from a long weekend trip to Winterton-on-Sea staying at Mill Farm Eco Barns. We were three couples and we stayed in the Threshing Barn. It was our second visit as we all did the same trip last year and liked it so much we came again. Return trips can sometimes be a bit of a disappointment as its not always so good second time around, but we were certainly not disappointed, we had a great time again. The accommodation lacks for nothing and is very well appointed. Fabulous interior. Each couple had their own large bedroom and their own bathroom. Sumptuous. Emma and Neil are the perfect hosts, and I would highly recommend a stay here.

The Hay Barn was perfect for our weekend break; comfy beds, cosy inside with thoughtful touches and a warm welcome from Emma, who brought homemade goodies on arrival. All communication was excellent and the online guide before our arrival meant we didnt have to scrabble around in emails looking for directions etc or carry out lots of research into an area wed not visited before. Emma and Neil had kindly done that for us! Magnificent walks right on the doorstep with no need to get in a car. From the beach with seals and their pups to walking the Broads and having a pub lunch its all here. And if the spotlessly clean accommodation and ideal location wasnt enough, Emma and Neil do all they can to provide an environmentally friendly holiday. Absolutely 10/10 to the super helpful owners in this beautiful part of the world. Highly recommend staying here at any time of year and we very much look forward to returning.

My Husband and I stayed in the beautiful Hay Barn. It was perfect, it offered everything we needed. We had a very peaceful and relaxing 4 days. Emma and Neil were very accommodating and informative, offering us lots of local options to keep us entertained during our stay. It was very useful having access to the Mill Farm Eco Barns app. We took our 2 year old labradour with us and he loved it. The Hay Barn was enclosed so our dog could run freely in the garden. There are so many lovely local walks, with the barn being only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We drove our electric car and we were able to charge it at the accomodation which was great. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family. We hope to visit again one day soon.
