I have had several foot reflexology treatments with Carly over the past few months and its been really wonderful to feel the deep stress-relieving effects. Its helped my back pain too, as well as tension throughout my head and body. Carly is utterly brilliant, so professional but also so kind, you feel completely taken care of from the moment you walk in through her door. The treatment room is a lovely relaxing environment and Id recommend her sessions to everyone looking for a deeper sense of wellbeing! Ive also just recently tried out her new offering -facial reflexology. Another amazing string to Carlys bow and this gentle hour did wonders for my mood and sense of calm. It really gave me permission to unwind and be kind on myself, and the added bonus is that over time it can help your skin look more youthful too! Definitely want to go back for more of both types of treatment - truly wonderful.

Carly Where too start....... Simply epitome of zen!!! Totally relaxing exemplar and exemplary. I suffer from chronic pain and Carlys treatments are my life saver. She has helped ease my pain without the need for me to take any medication. With nothing more taxing to think of than when I can get my next soothing relaxing session from sensitive and sensational Carly!

5star Carly is such a Intuitive reflexologist and makes you feel completely comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and techniques are wonderful, i felt really comfortable during the treatment with the CV guidelines and can't wait to go back and visit!

I would definitely recommend Barefoot Holistic. Carly is very knowledgable and makes you feel very relaxed and at ease throughout the therapy. Treatments were performed in a very comfortable environment and have been very beneficial. I will be booking future appointments.

Carly is amazing! She has really helped me with nerve pain and i feel totally relaxed after a session with her. She makes you feel so chilled so you can just lie back enjoy some r and r! Highly recommend!
