Sarah Cowdrey supported my daughter (14 years old) through a very difficult period. This support was invaluable and my daughter was able to make sense of her inner world. The space was held warmly and without judgement. Art therapy helped with expression in a safe environment. I can see a confident and articulate young lady. Thank you Sarah from both of us! Ayesha.

We worked with Sarah following a recommendation from a friend, and had a really positive experience. This was our first time using professional support for an issue in childhood, but it was really enlightening for us all and had clear benefits. We learned a lot from the process and would definitely return to Sarah if the need arose again. She is kind, perceptive and skilled at getting to the root of the problem and offering tools to understand it.

C.Vitale I have known Sarah as professional for a while now. I have always admire her calm and passionate approach about her job. Recently, Sarah has been seen my child who has SEN, and who has experienced, lately, struggles within her emotional behaviour. Sarah offered her professional support for 12 sessions in which my child made huge progress. Sarah's dedication, and her use of meticulous art therapy approach was crucial in order to get to know my child, and was also perfect starting point to create that sense of trust in my child. Consequently, my child was able to open up freely and began to express her emotional discomforts and finally beginning to show empathy towards her peers for example. I have witnessed massive changes and positive attitude toward learning in my child life, both at school and at home. For all these reasons, I hugely recommend Sarah, as she was able to make a positive impact in my child life, in such a short period of time. I will always be grateful to her amazing work.
