        Frightening service. Saw the pharmacist confirm name and address before giving the prescription to the customer. 2 mins later the customer returned and said this is not my name and phone number.

        Absolutely lacking in any interpersonal skills. Staff rude, unhelpful, no meet and greets, really dont appear to want to be there, no smiles, really seem to think their customers are a bit of a nuisance. So, so slow to get anything done. Prescription never ready and waiting, after a 5 day preorder. No apologies for delays. Actually feel depressed after being in there. Please cheer up staff, your customers are keeping you in this job, at least be pleasant to us!
