Been here many times and have had a satisfactory experience. However the current crop of staff need some decent customer service training. Unhelpful and unresponsive interactions. My most recent visit, I had a young lad serving that could hardly grunt a response and felt the need to keep his headphones in. Is that normal? Or does that sound impolite to you. If you work in the service sector then have the common decency to serve with some engagement for the customer. Day Lewis is not McDonalds.

Slow and unprofessional with a poor attitude to waiting members of the public. Staff members play on their phones ignoring people waiting, eat snacks in the pharmacy area where the medicines are stored (cookies and doughnuts) and wear airpod earphones whilst talking to/serving customers. Several times despite ordering in person our repeat prescription has not been ordered, resulting in longer waits. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this is really shocking service.
