Vale Pharmacy

Extremely poor service. I have asked for an alternative brand as the one they provided had an ingredient which I am allergic to. I was dismissed and told there is no alternative. Walked to the other pharmacy and got the medication I needed, but Vale pharmacy had made me waste my prescription so I had to pay for the other one. The place is also very messy and doesnt look hygienic. Avoid it.

Do not use this pharmacy. Their customer service is non existant. I used 111 online to send them an emergency prescription but when I visited Vale pharmacy I was told to call my doctor's surgery, which is closed. They didn't even look me up on the system or offer any further guidance, including answering the phone whilst I was still asking for assistance. I switched away from using them years ago but only visited because of am emergency, and they were really unhelpful. If someone is distressed,ansiouw or unwell, some bedside manner wouldn't go amiss.

I was told I had to wait over a week for my prescription to be ready but when I went to collect my catheters the pharmacist told me he had cancelled my prescription & I was not told why so I will not be going back there for future drugs
