Five Star Agents and Agency We recently purchased a property with Truepenny's help and guidance. As first time buyers we had a lot to learn and they were always there to help us with the process. They helped us negotiate the price, get the right people to do the surveys, etc. and we're truly thankful to them for their patience and professionalism. Personally what I really like about Truepenny's is that they did not look the sale as a pure financial transaction and they stood along side us all along. Also when we finally purchased the property they were very kind to offer us their help to find builders and they even kindly accepted to keep our keys for us while different builders come and go. They have been the best and we were really lucky to have found them. Wish them all the bests and we definitely stay in touch

We listed our flat and started looking for a new home late last summerunaware we were just weeks away from this really turbulent phase for the housing market. Im glad we were with Truepennies because - as a local independent - it was clear from the off that they had so much understanding of the area. They didnt just list our flat, they helped us find our new one, too. Everyone in the Dulwich office is so friendly and helpful and they really listen to you, so they know exactly what youre looking for. Our sale and purchase had some added layers of complexity and I have to say that it was all resolved amicably, largely thanks to Wallaces uncanny negotiating skills. I strongly suspect birds in trees have to hold on tight when he walks by! I've used Truepenny's a few times simply because they seem genuinely interested in offering decent service. They've let a couple of my properties on numerous occasions and have always been "on the ball" which is very much appreciated.
