I have been to quite afew sessions with erika, i have lower back and spinal issues aswell as sciatica in my left leg, after the sessions my muscles feel loose there is less pain and stiffness, and my whole body feels relaxed and i sleep better afterwards, erika makes you feel relaxed straight away and is friendly and a truely wonderful person, i would recommend her service to anyone that is struggling with pain or bad sleep

I have had a problem with my back for over a year now and tried various exercises and acupuncture, with limited success. Erika assessed my problem and then proceeded to give me a massage and told me I had quite a build-up of fluid in my lower leg. It felt like a huge relief both during and after, it surprised me at just how much benefit I got from the massage, my leg felt softer and not solid. Erike suggested some movement exercises for me to complete in the morning and these have also helped me. I would highly recommend Erika, I felt very confident that she had the knowledge and experience to help me. Erika was also very warm, friendly and caring. I will definitely be going back for more.
