Charlie is an incredible Physio. He is knowledgable, intuitive and uses a range of techniques to holistically address and treat issues. Each session has helped improve my symptoms and I am now pain free and injury free. Highly recommended.

I couldnt recommend Charlie enough. He was very professional, kind and knowledgable. With regular sessions and the sharing of at home exercises, he helped to ease discomfort and strengthen my muscles during marathon training, allowing me to get prepped as best as possible for race day. Without his help I doubt I would have got the same result. Would highly recommend visiting!

I'm a runner and while training for a marathon, I went to Charlie for various muscle strains. After each session, my pains were gone the following day. He's very personable. Listens intently. And with his holistic background, really understands how to treat each muscle acutely. Highly recommend!

Excellent Tuina therapy from Charlie which had an almost miraculous effect on my painful back, I went in hunched over with spasms and came our nearly straight and after a couple of days was so very much better as the treatment continued to work through. I went back again this week for a top up and some work on other stiff areas. Can't recommend highly enough, very personable and also recommended a range of exercises and video links for me to follow up to keep myself flexible.
