Emma was great, highly recommended and helped with so many of my questions! Made some huge improvements in my time there following a huge accident.

Emma is a magician. I went to her with crippling hip pain at the start of my third trimester that had come on quite quickly (she also very kindly squeezed me in to a last minute cancellation). She immediately identified the problem, released the muscles through massage and gave me a couple of stretches. To be honest I'm finding it hard to remember to do the stretches because the pain has completely gone. Like completely. Not even a niggle. She's a miracle worker!

I have visited Emma on a number of occasions for neck and shoulder pain and then to support my recovery after a broken leg. Emma has consistently and effectively identified the areas of issue and by using a multitude of physio therapies has eased my recovery journey. I value her encouragement and the post therapy advice and excercises. Would I recommend Emma - 100%! I have, and will continue to do so!

I have been working with Emma for around a year on a number of sports related injuries. She is simply superb and has helped to relieve some serious postural pains and to educate me on maintaining good postural health.
