I took both my kids here for their very first haircut, the staff are lovely, really know what they're doing and the place is a kids heaven. They can choose to sit in a car and watch a movie so it's a lovely atmosphere. It's not cheap. However for a first haircut it's the way to go as you want a happy experience. My daughter was 4 when she had her first hair cut. My son was also 4, he had hair past his bum and we donated it to charity, so they knew exactly what they were doing with that process and gave him a lovely hair style. I appreciate my kids were a little older. I've seen younger babies in there crying etc and they're pro's. They know how to manage the situation. 10/10.

We've finally located a fantastic hair salon that can meet my son's needs! We always had a great time and smiled afterwards. His first haircut was spectacular. But today my son and I both started crying! Afterwards, My son has autism and sometimes finds it difficult to be touched; in the past, this has never been an issue; he sat in the car and staff were accommodating; however, today was a terrible experience; the old lady acted as though she hated children and didn't want to be there; the shop was closed; we had to call as we had to wait outside for 15 minutes before someone answered the phone; and the service was appalling from beginning to end. The elderly woman was simply rude throughout, and it's possible that she was having a bad day because I've never had an issue with little clippers. The elderly woman was getting so frustrated with my son to the point where I wanted to leave because it's already difficult to convince a autistic child to get a haircut, and now he's going to develop a fear of getting haircuts because the "old lady" didn't want to interact with him. Me and everyone I know who uses little clippers are in shock, even though his haircut was lovely. The staff have really put me off going back, as we dont live close either I have to drive over an hour to get there! I will be looking elsewhere. Service: Kids' cuts
