        If I could give Karavan Eco six stars I would! The service I received from the company, particularly two of their staff, Karen and Kim, was exceptional. I called the company yesterday (Thursday) to check availability of three of their Barracuda wind-up torches and explained I needed them delivered by Saturday as they were to be collected by someone on Monday to take out to the Ukraine. I received a call shortly afterwards to confirm that the torches could be sent by Royal Mail guaranteed delivery the next day and I went ahead and purchased the torches. The torches duly arrived this morning and after cranking one up for only 30 seconds to try it out, the light was very bright. Thanks to Karavan Eco's proactive staff hopefully I have helped to make a difference and assist the Ukrainians in some small way.
