The service was good but (and dont want to be too harsh) we were a bit surprised when it was 7.50 for a beer which came in a can and then all our burgers and fries came in the same tray so it felt a bit like dinner time in prison - and the napkins were kitchen roll. For 30 each it really wasnt great.

Disgusted by the extremely poor customer service at this branch. I ordered food with Buffalo Sauce, which is a spicy sauce to people like myself with low tolerance for spice, but as I ordered a MILKSHAKE, I believed my meal experience would balance out perfectly... HOW WRONG WAS I?! The restaurant failed to provide the milkshake to the delivery driver. An element that basically made up a 1/3 of the meal totally forgotten about. Then when I call them looking for them to make it right their staff say they are too busy to drive it to me and that I need to come to the restaurant myself. Given that I don't have a car of my own, that would be over 30 minutes for me to travel to their restaurant. It also kinda defeats the point of having and paying for delivery, right?! They then proceed to suggest I order through the app again an item that costs pennies, and they will send the Milkshake instead... so I would be paying for this cheap item AND delivery+service charge again for their screw up?!! Lastly they just said get a refund for the missing item through the app, totally dismissing the fact I couldn't eat any of the meal as I suffer from acid reflux if I don't have a milk based drink along with spicy food. If I had a food allergy, they would take that deathly serious. But they clearly have no empathy for other medical conditions. I have no intentions of using this establishment again.
