I and my family have been clients of your practice for many years and our current dentist Dr C Tremain is in my opinion one of the best out there the only problem is getting to see him not because he is so popular but because of the malevolent receptionist.
I am staggered that a person that has to deal with the public as part of her everyday working life can be so rude and arrogant as she has been to me on a number of occasions.
After my last appointment with Dr Tremain he booked me in for two further appointments saying that it's good to prevent things from happening before they do which I quite agree, one for the 19th Jan 23 the other for the 2nd Feb 23.
I was unwell and could not make the 19th and called in advance to cancel, it was her, I do not know her name, that I spoke to and was told by her that fortunately the appointment on the 2nd was also a long one as it was for a crown preparation.
Today is the 1st and I have not received any reminders for my appointment which you always send out so I went to the practice to be told by her that she had canceled BOTH appointments? when I asked why she would do that she referred me to her co worker and accused me of being rude something I most certainly was not, you can ask the other receptionist who will confirm what I say.
Just the thought that someone could question her decision put her in a fowl mood to the point that she got up and stomped off round the corner, what the hell is wrong with this person? I like a lot of others have seen the reviews of your practice and she gets a lot of bad press the question is why is she still there?
This all leaves me with the dilemma of how I get to see my dentist in the future as for obvious reasons I really don't want the aggravation of having to talk to her again.
I would welcome your thoughts.
