We contracted Classic Lofts to install our loft extension in our two bedroom terrace. We now enjoy a spacious additional floor with one double bedroom and ensuite shower. Good lighting, storage as well as an additional single room in the rear of our extension. The finish and end result were better than we envisioned. Thanks to Kieran and team for delivering the project!

Really happy with Classic Lofts and would definitely recommend them. They were friendly and professional from the very start (discussing contract and plans) all the way to the very end even when some very tricky problems were encountered. The roof looks great, the tiling in the bathroom is amazing and everything looks exactly as they said it would and to what we agreed along the way. We did have an issue with a leak - but these things happen and they fixed it just as quickly and professionally as everything else. This gives me confidence that we weren't just lucky with them - they are a super professional company through and through. Our loft looks amazing and we're really happy we chose them! Would not use again. So many problems with these people. They unnecessarily and avoidably upset my neighbours. They did not secure the safety of the site. Project overran significantly with no explanation. They did not put a tin hat on so we had significant water damage down the inside of my house after heavy rain. Some of their staff are really rude. Overheard their staff discussing how they had take on too many jobs. Overheard twice that only the squeaky wheels get the grease when it comes to their customers. I still have a problem with the ceiling they put in and they refuse to come to fix it, despite tens of emails and months of chasing. I now have to get another builder to do that and chase them through the courts for the money. So their guarantee is worthless. Do you fancy this? Thought not....so think twice.

There were significant delays because they had so many other jobs on. The design of the loft plumbing system has created a number of problems I have had to pay to fix separately. The roof is leaking and the guarantee isnt worth the paper its written on. They upset my neighbours. They went missing for weeks on end at the end. Id avoid.
