Older Macbook Pro needed a new screen. The company had a replacement delivered within a couple days and sent an engineer to my home that same night for the repair. Fast, friendly, efficient and well worth the price. Recommended.

Solid Rock IT came to our house in late 2020 and sorted out all our IT, WIFI and we also needed cabling to a garden office. Fantastic service. Never a blip or an issue. Then today we had an engineer arrive from our new service provider and it all went horribly wrong. But again Solid Rock saved the day. Firstly they answered the phone, spoke to the engineer and solved the problem, remotely, straight away. Crisis averted and I cant thank or recommend them enough. Really, if you need help for any IT issue look no further.

I had an intermittent fault on a MacBook Pro. The engineer was able to diagnose the issue over the telephone, order parts and took the trouble to come to my property on a weekend to repair it. Excellent service, highly competent and reasonable. Recommended.

I found Solid Rock IT through Google and the engineer came to my home within a few days. I had problems with my IMac and email accounts and needed a new MacBook and hard drive setting up. Everything was done very well and all now fine. The engineer was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would certainly use again and recommend.
