        Used to be a great bank. Have been using for over a decade without a complaint. Now, with only one counter the queue has been 20-40 mins long every time I visit. There only seems to be one counter. All I want to do is change some old pound coins for the new ones, which shouldnt take more than a minute, but I have to give up an hour of my day just to do that. With bank branches becoming fewer and fewer, reducing the number of counters is just absurd.
