Paula Fernley Photography

We had a family photo session (including our lovely dog) at Paulas studio and the experience was fantastic. Once we had booked the appointment Paula took time to call and speak to us individually to see what we were looking for and learn about us as a family. By doing this she found out interesting facts about each of us and encouraged us to bring props (my sons MMA sparing kit) and knew how we could have fun with each other during the photo shoot - including me picking my 15yr old daughter up doing the Dirty Dancing lift! As you can imagine, this led to some amazing photos! I would highly recommend Paula to any family looking to capture time together and we cant wait to receive the photos!

This was my first professional photo session for a very long time so I was a little nervous - but Paula was so friendly and put me at ease straight away - which made for a very enjoyable shoot and, subsequently, left me with some excellent photos. Was also impressed with the cosy studio space - which, I think, also helped me stay relaxed, plus Paula was a great communicator throughout; not only with general instructions, but also just by generally chatting and helping the atmosphere to stay upbeat and fun. Highly recommended!

We were lucky enough to win a competition with Paula, and from the very first phone call even before we knew we had won, I instantly warmed to Paula, it was impossible not to. She is incredibly kind and generous, the whole experience was just amazing. Neither myself or my partner were particularly keen on posing for photos, but we did really want some special family photos to treasure and my word did we get them, and some. The photo shoot itself was very relaxed and enjoyable, the viewing session was unbelievable and had me welling up in no time, the decision was impossible, but the photos really were beyond anything I could have hoped for and had me in tears all over again. I cannot thank or recommend Paula highly enough!

Our whole experience with Paula was lovely from start to finish. Paula is great at helping you feel at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. She was also very patient with our two girls who found it very hard to sit still. The photos from our session were beautiful and will be treasured memories for us. I would totally recommend Paula if you are looking for beautifully shot pictures of yourselves and your baby, we love ours!
