I popped in to Timpsons outside Tesco yesterday afternoon and was greeted by a lovely chap. Superb customer service and extremely helpful, repairing and replacing my shoe heels, which I had neglected for far too long, to a great standard and in a very timely manor! I highly recommend.

Had a pair of horse riding boots that needed new zips. Timpson came to the rescue, although they needed to be sent away the whole thing took less than 2 weeks. I even gotnotified by text when the boots were ready to collect. Absolutely excellent all round service. Timpson have given my boots a new lease of life.
