        Since my very first session, I have had nothing but positive results. Once Sophie has worked her magic my sciatica, neck and back pain are gone, she even helps to stabilise my hormones. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

        Sophie provides a wonderful, relaxing treatment in your own home. Her hot stone Reflexology is out of this world. I always feel so much better after a treatment. She had also treated my son and weve seen amazing results in his wellbeing. I would 100% recommendation you book a treatment.

        This was my first time having reflexology and it didn't disappoint! I felt both relaxed and invigorated at the same - not an easy thing to achieve with three children under the age of five (including a newborn). Sophie was also extremely professional and friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. I can't wait for my next session!
